Eligibility Criteria for applying for ATPL
- The candidate must be 21 years of age when submitting the final application for ATPL.
- The candidate must be a holder of a valid CPL and valid FRTOL.
- The candidate must pass the following written and oral exams conducted by DGCA:-
- Air Navigation
- Avionics (Radio Aids and Instruments)
- Meteorology
- Aircraft and Engines
- Signals (Practical)
- The candidate should have passed the English Language Proficiency (ELP) Test conducted by centres / examiners designated by DGCA.
- The candidate should have a valid Class-I medical fitness certificate issued by DGCA.
- The candidate should have completed 1500 hours of flying and have a current IR rating on multi engine aircraft.
